• This sponsorship includes everything from the gold level and below as well as the opportunity to sponsor the social event on Tuesday night and the opportunity to give a 30-minute presentation instead of 15 minutes. (2 available)

• This sponsorship includes everything from the silver level and below as well as the the opportunity to sponsor lunch instead of a snack and the opportunity to give a 15-minute presentation during lunch on Tuesday or Wednesday. (2 available)

• This sponsorship includes everything from the bronze level as well as the opportunity to sponsor our morning and afternoon snack breaks. (4 available)

• This will include having a vendor table to set up at the conference and a registration fee for one vendor representative. Registration will include access to the presentations throughout the conference, the Social Event on Tuesday night, and all meals. You can also include any material you would like to be given to all attendees in the welcome bags, as well as sponsoring door prizes. Each additional vendor representative will need to pay the registration fee of $250.

• There is no fixed amount for this tier. Your logo would appear during breaks and could include sponsored door prizes. We will also put any fliers/material you would like given to attendees in the welcome bags.

Refund requests must be received in writing via email at atavendorliaison@gmail.com. 100% will be refunded if cancellation request is received by July 1, 2026. 75% will be refunded if cancellation request is received after July 1, 2026.
